AUGUST IS COMEDY MONTH!

Based on the amount of downloads of The Zach Galifianakis posting from a few days ago I decided to make August here at Constantinople comedy month. Throughout the month I will be posting a bunch of comedy albums from various comedians that are among my favorites in the business. In the not so long ago past I ran a short lived comedy blog called 2 Drink Minimum. Anyone who has been a follower of Constantinople might remember this blog (there was a link for it on the right side of the page). Well, it was brought to my attention that Laugh.com, which is a website that deals only in comedy recordings looks to shut down blogs that post albums that they sell. It was only after I had posted many of these said albums that I had found this out and instead of going on with the blog I figured it was best to just pull it from the web myself. Being that I am a huge fan of stand up comedy I enjoyed that blog and now I am happy to introduce some great comedy to all you Constantinople-ites this month. Please note that I will only be posting albums that are not available on the Laugh.com site so I am sorry to say that there will be no legends like Carlin, Pryor, Kinison....you get the point. Well with that being said, enjoy and laugh your ass off!!! - DD
